What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover or direct payments through PayPal.
Do you sell Gift Cards?
Indeed we do. You can purchase WAGA Gift Cards here. Our gift cards are delivered by email and contain instructions to redeem them at checkout. If you’re buying a gift card for a loved one, easily forward them the received email. Our gift cards don’t have an expiration date.
Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship to? Where do you ship from?
We ship to EU from our distribution centre located in Slovakia.
For all local orders we ship directly from our production facility in Konjic, BiH.
How long does processing take?
Processing time typically takes between 1-2 business days. Orders placed on a weekend or holiday will be processed within the next 1-2 business days. Please note that all processing times may take longer due to a high volume of orders.
How long does shipping take? What shipping methods do you use?
Delivery time for Standard Shipping varies based on location, but usually it’s between 2 to 5 business days.
Can I track my order status?
Yes, once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order’s status directly on the carrier’s website, ensuring you know exactly when to expect your unique WAGA piece.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
Our return policy depends on the issue at stake. For that reason, we prefer to receive an email/photo with the issue and we will do our utmost to provide return conditions depending on the issue at hand. For example, if the product arrives damaged, it will be replaced of course free of charge.

What if my product is not like in the photos?
Because of the unique nature of the product, the color of the wood always varies from photo to product. The essence is walnut, or ash or maple, the oil used and the finishing is always the same, but its tonality, colour, the wood veins are always different. Due to the handmade nature, each artisan has its own touch even though the designs are always the same.

Raw wood has a unique charm that develops character over time. To ensure your WAGA raw wood pieces maintain their warmth and natural beauty, follow these simple steps:
- Regular dusting: Use a soft, lint-free cloth to dust your raw wood products to prevent dirt and debris from accumulating on the surface.
- Avoid direct sunlight: Prolonged exposure to direct sunlight can cause the wood to fade in colour. Try and keep your WAGA creations out of harsh sun rays.
- Control humidity: Wood tends to react to changes in humidity. If you can, maintain a consistent indoor humidity level to prevent warping or cracking.

How do I care for serving and cutting boards?

- Cleaning After Use: After use, wash your wooden board with mild soap and warm water. Avoid soaking, and never put it in the dishwasher.
- Sanitisation: To keep your board sanitary, apply a mixture of lemon juice and salt or a mild vinegar solution, followed by thorough rinsing.
- Occasional Oil Treatment: If your board starts to look dry or worn, apply food-safe mineral oil. This helps nourish the wood and provides resistance to stains and odors.
